We have all witnessed the growing importance of maintaining and accessing accurate stock-levels throughout the year and not just at the point of the stocktake exercise.
To facilitate this, we at ABC Stocktaking Services Ltd have designed, tested and successfully launched our in-house “Live Stock” programmes which allow us to upload our customers own product file, perform a full inventory using same and then export the count information in a simple and fail-safe format.
This means that within minutes of arriving on site we can begin the count process without any lengthy set-up procedures or advance site surveys.
We have developed partnerships with all the leading EPOS providers to both export and import the required information in an efficient and timely manner. We are confident that whatever system provider you currently use will be happy to attest to our professionalism and attention to detail.
Again we will assign the requisite number of staff to carry out the exercise efficiently and discreetly. We will download the customers product file to our handhelds and scan every item recording the relevant stock level for each barcode. Non-scanning stock, if encountered, will be segregated, valued separately and communicated to the customer. Dispensary is scanned and recorded using current IPU file to include High Tech and Ulm items. The total stock is then uploaded to the customers EPOS or dispensary system and the stock levels amended to reflect the new levels, At this stage we will generate a Stock Valuation from the EPOS system to complete the valuation process.
We are also happy to provide assistance with regard to the procedures required to maintain Live Stock thereafter and to ensure best practice is employed in all areas of Stock Management.
